Complect Fulfill for CargoWise does not store or retain customer data from Shopify stores. To allow order fulfillment, the customer's name, email, phone and address are passed directly to the 3PL provider the Shopify store owner has direct agreements with.

2. How We Use Information: Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not use any personal information.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure: Beyond passing customer details directly to the 3PL provider(s) you have explicitly configured, we do not share or disclose any personal information from your customers as we do not collect any.

4. Security Measures: We do not store any personal information from your customers, so no security measures are required for personal data.
